By accessing or using the Discoveria Drywall Institute website, catalog, training programs, and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.
3. Description of Services
Discoveria Drywall Institute provides online and in-person training, certification courses, product catalog access, and digital resources for drywall professionals. Course materials, videos, and exams are accessible only to enrolled users.
4. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are final. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion within 14 days for unused digital content. Subscription plans automatically renew until cancelled through your account portal.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, course curricula, and training materials are the exclusive property of Discoveria Drywall Institute. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to upload malicious code, harass others, share account access, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate termination of access.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Discoveria Drywall Institute shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including loss of data or profits.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County.
